The 3D Generalist helps build the core 3D assets that populate these worlds.

This role blends:
Modeling
Texturing
Lighting
Scene assembly
Technical optimization
Adaptability across multiple art styles

🚀 Your Mission

Create high-quality 3D assets across multiple Inkognido products while maintaining stylistic consistency and technical performance.

You will:
Model everything from props to creatures
Texture assets using PBR or stylized workflows
Assist in set dressing & environment building
Support animation, VFX, and technical art teams
Ensure assets meet production requirements and performance targets
You help build the living, breathing world of the Inkognido universe.

🛠 Responsibilities

Model characters, props, environments, weapons, and modular pieces
Create clean, optimized topology ready for animation or engine use
Texture using Substance, Painter, Designer, or equivalent tools
Create LODs and ensure efficient UV layouts
Assist with environment assembly, lighting passes, and visual polish
Work with rigging & animation teams to ensure compatibility
Collaborate with Concept Artists to match visual intent
Export and implement assets in Unity or Unreal
Optimize assets for performance across desktop and mobile
Maintain art consistency with style guides and art direction
Versatility is key — this role touches nearly every 3D asset category.

🧠 Requirements

Must Have:
Strong 3D modeling skills (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, etc.)
Experience with PBR workflows and texture creation
Ability to create clean, animation-ready topology
Understanding of scale, proportion, silhouette, and detail hierarchy
Ability to follow style guides and match concept art
Knowledge of real-time engine constraints (Unity or Unreal)
A strong portfolio showcasing range and polish

Nice to Have:
Experience creating stylized or semi-realistic assets
Substance Designer knowledge for material creation
Ability to sculpt in ZBrush or similar tools
Environment set dressing experience
Light technical art abilities (shader tweaks, material setup)
Knowledge of AR pipelines or mobile optimization techniques
This role is ideal for someone flexible, creative, and technically sharp.
