Come create your career with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Torrance, CA. As an Accounts Payable Clerk , you will: Manage the full cycle processing of A/P invoices and expense reports. Match, batch, code, and enter invoices into the system accurately. Cut A/P checks weekly and on the 1st of the month. Resolve A/P issues with the receiving department and vendors. Investigate invoice discrepancies and prepare A/P accruals for month-end closing. Assist with month-end closing activities. Perform ad hoc analysis in Excel as required. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills. Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics software (preferred but not required). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time opportunity. Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
