Responsibilities:

• Answers phone, schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within office responsibilities.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• Planning and Time management, Multitasking, Working experience in administrative roles is beneficial.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Extensive computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft applications and outlook email is important.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork is a must.
• 1-3 Years of Experience
