Nealy Pierce has been retained by an independent, Non-Profit Health System to assist in the recruitment of a System-wide Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist for a Multi-Campus position. This position will work collaboratively with the entire Acute Care leadership team, reporting to the System's Director of Advanced Practice Nursing. Acute Care CNS Responsibilities: Serve as the Clinical Practice Expert in the delivery of evidence-based nursing Translates theory and evidence to advance the health and knowledge of the patient/family, nurses/practice, and the organization/system. Provides leadership and clinical expertise in the management of complex patient issues Partners with leadership to develop and evaluate the delivery of nursing practice Provides leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative individual and/or population-based programs of care to achieve desired quality outcomes.
