Salary: AEA Members: 7.5% of the base salary on the AEA Certified Salary Schedule Non-AEA Members: 7.5% of the base salary on the Non-Degreed Certificated Salary Schedule Qualifications: Experience as a cheer coach at the freshman level or higher. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students. Essential Duties : Responsible for Grade 7 Cheerleaders during football season and Grade 7 & 8 (Red Team) Cheerleaders during basketball season See the attached job description for essential duties and responsibilities.
