Pride Health is hiring for an Anesthesia Technician  to support our client’s medical facility based in Portland, OR. This is a 13-week opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and setting up equipment for cases, including monitors, infusion sets, and lines 
• Responsible for connecting monitoring lines, operating physiological monitors, and applying specialized tests 
• Prepare and maintain anesthesia machines, monitors, ventilators, and suction devices
• Set up IVs, arterial lines, and central line equipment
• Assist with ultrasound machines and nerve block setups
• Ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning properly
• Assist anesthesia providers during induction and intubation

Education/Requirements:

• Must have experience with cell salvage of RBCs or cell saving. 
• Must have experience with running point of care tests ABGs, ACTs, CBGs.
• Must have experiencing setting up arterial lines, hot lines, and must have thoracic experience for dual lumen tube insertion.
• Must have experience assisting inserting arterial lines, central lines and lumbar drains.
• ACLS*, ASATT*, BLS, Cer.A.T preferred.

Job Title: Anesthesia Technician
Location: Portland, OR
Shift Schedule: 7 am to 3 pm
Pay Range: Local- $25 to $30/hr- Travel- $1200 to $1400/week
