Job Title: Assembler - First Shift

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hand tools, reading order documents, and performing accurate measurements to ensure high-quality assembly work.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to work orders and specifications.

• Read and interpret Bill of Materials (BOMs), SKUs, and order documents.

• Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and other assembly equipment.

• Verify measurements and ensure accuracy in product assembly.

• Utilize basic computer skills, including Excel, for data entry and documentation.

• Prepare and label packages for shipment, including FedEx processing.

• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area.

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (bilingual preferred).
  
  
• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable using Excel and digital tools.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  
• Knowledge of hand tools and basic mechanical assembly.
  
  
• Basic math and measurement skills.
  
  
• Experience handling shipping tasks (FedEx preferred).
  
  
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Shift:
Full-time, First Shift - Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
