The Final Assembler builds final product to print by placing all necessary wiring, wiring harnesses, circuit cards and other hardware components within a chassis.
Position Responsibilities: * Manually and precisely assembles components into a final product by following work instructions and blueprints * Fit cable harnesses, circuit card, and components into chassis neatly and within tolerance * Completes discrete wiring into chassis by soldering and lugging * Utilizes correct torqueing tools and applies the correct torque during assembly * Mixes, weighs, and applies appropriate bonding chemicals to electronic components * Obtains and maintains J-Standard certifications * Utilizes computer to access and input data on the ERP system, Quality system, and other manufacturing software * Perform other duties as assigned to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the value of this organization.
