Todays Roller Rabbit is a full lifestyle brand featuring home goods, loungewear, ready to wear, accessories, and of course, the softest pajamas around! RESPONSIBILITIES:Design seasonal graphics, prints, and embroidery artwork across all categories with a focus on casuals, ensuring alignment with brand identity and creative direction.Research trends, concepts, and color to support seasonal storytelling and innovation across product categories.Develop print repeats and pitch sheets to guide factories and vendors from development through production.Support development of graphics and prints for partnerships, collaborations, store exclusives, and other special projectsRender CADs for internal reviews and cross-functional meetingsMaintain organization of strike-offs, design archives, and seasonal assets to ensure accurate tracking and efficient workflowREQUIREMENTS:Bachelors Degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, or Textile Design2-4 years experience in the surface design field Exceptional ability to create original artwork in a variety of mediaProficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel (Procreate is a plus!)Demonstrates a strong eye for color, print, and pattern with a deep understanding of brand identityStrong communication and presentation skillsHighly organized with ability to anticipate and adapt to changePositive attitude with desire to learn and grow Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision insurance Hybrid work schedule 3 days in office Unlimited PTOPaid company holidaysSummer Fridays Generous company discount and allowance
