The Nautilus Pier 4 is looking for energetic and people-oriented barbacks to join our bar team. They're a lively restaurant on the water with a hospitality-driven staff who enjoy creating a fun experience for guests.

Successful Candidates will have a love for hospitality, be a team player and thrive in an energetic atmosphere. They will enjoy building relationships with their team and guests and are enthusiastic about restaurant culture and continued education for employees. Responsibilities will include assisting bartenders with juicing, ice, stocking liquor and beer, servicing guests on the bar, set up and breakdown, cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes and communicating and anticipating needs with bartenders to ensure excellent service.

Night and weekend availability is required.

The Nautilus Pier 4 is a sister restaurant of Nantucket's The Nautilus which opened in 2014. The busy restaurant offers coastal leaning, Asian and Latin-inspired small plates and multi-person feasts, creative culinary inspired cocktails, an extensive beer and liquor collection, and an award-winning wine and sake list. We pride ourselves on being one of Boston's top restaurants and in helping our staff learn, grow, and in elevating their knowledge of food, beverage, service, and hospitality. The brand new restaurant (opened in April 2021) is state of the art, beautiful, spacious, and right on the water.
