We are seeking diligent and attentive Barbacks to support our dynamic bar team for on-demand roles at various events and establishments. Ideal candidates should thrive in fast-paced environments and be committed to providing outstanding support to bartenders and ensuring smooth operation of the bar area.

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business):

• Assist bartenders in setting up and maintaining the bar area.
• Restock bar with liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and other necessary supplies.
• Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Help with opening and closing tasks, such as inventory management and cleaning.
• Quickly respond to bartenders' requests for assistance during busy periods.
• Clear and clean tables and bar area, disposing of waste and glassware appropriately.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be of legal age to handle alcohol.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
