Ensures all administrative, human resources, training, accounting, and purchasing functions are handled in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner for assigned region and is in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assists the Regional Director in the analysis of the unit's financial performance reports. Works closely with the Regional Director on the financial feasibility of development projects. Coordinates closely with department heads to establish and monitor systems that provide service user or employee information. Leads and directs the works of others.

  • Manages Payroll and Financial Reports
  • Manages Employee Relations and Communication
  • Manages Business Operations and Performance
  • Manages System Operations and Performance
  • Manages Unit-Level Functions and Services
  • Performs Business Manager Responsibilities
  • Supervisory Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Business Office Manager
  • Prefer a four-year degree in accounting, finance, or business and three years of accounting and supervisory experience.

  • Drug testing
  • Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
  • Proof of employment history or references (if required)
  • Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
