Shift: Hybrid (M & F remote; Tu-Th in office) Requirements : 3+ years’ equivalent experience in client billing at a law firm Proficient in Aderant or 3E, MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook. Responsibilities: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative billing professional who can take ownership of the full billing cycle. The ideal candidate will be experienced in generating, reviewing, and distributing pre-bills to attorneys, as well as preparing, editing, and finalizing invoices in alignment with firm and client-specific guidelines. This person will work closely with attorneys, assistants, and internal teams to meet critical deadlines, assist with complex billing scenarios, and resolve billing-related issues. They should be comfortable handling write-downs and time transfers, collaborating with Accounts Receivable and Collections to prevent and resolve discrepancies, and maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive financial and legal information.
