Job Description

This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide full-time support in a K-12 school setting. This contract position is designed to fill an FMLA leave, spanning from mid-October through the end of January. The role requires onsite presence to effectively collaborate with educators and support students behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement individualized behavior strategies
  • Provide data collection, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure effective interventions
  • Train and support school personnel in applied behavior analysis techniques and positive behavior supports
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to behavior services in schools
