Responsibilities - You will prepare and cook breakfast items to the highest standards, ensuring all food is presented attractively and meets the dietary needs of our guests.
- We expect you to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
- You shall collaborate with team members to manage inventory effectively, ensuring that ingredients are always fresh and available for daily service.
- You will monitor cooking times and temperatures carefully, adjusting as needed to ensure the best quality results in each dish served.
- We expect you to engage positively with guests during breakfast hours, addressing any queries or special requests professionally and efficiently.
- You shall assist in developing new breakfast menu items by suggesting innovative ideas and taking part in taste tests.
- You will participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions, contributing your insights and learning from others to enhance team performance.
- We expect you to handle equipment responsibly, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Requirements - You will expertly prepare a variety of breakfast dishes including eggs, pancakes, and pastries to meet our guests' expectations for quality and taste.
