Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Analyze and define complex SAP business systems functions, business processes, and user needs and performs complex functional configuration, testing, and maintenance tasks for assigned SAP business systems modules according to operational and business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs, ensuring alignment between business and IT.
• Gather and document both technical and non-technical requirements to ensure sufficient details for translating them into user stories, features, and epics.
• Act as the key liaison between business teams and developers to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives
• Active involvement in key Agile ceremonies and drive alignment between business and technical teams during quarterly planning sessions.
• System Configuration and Customization: Configuring SAP modules according to the business's specific requirements.
• Project Management: Overseeing the implementation of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.
• Testing and Validation: Developing and executing test plans to ensure the SAP system meets the business requirements.
• Data Migration: Managing the migration of data from legacy systems to SAP.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimizing the use of SAP systems.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or e-commerce environment.

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and experience in program increments is a plus.
• Experience with backend tools is required, especially PySpark and working with Palantir Foundry (code repositories, scheduling, and data health monitoring).
• Frontend development experience; using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and ideally have experience using Palantir Foundry’s Slate environment.
• A background as a Business Analyst is important, with a good understanding of SAP and familiarity with Airbus processes and ecosystem.

Salary Range: $70k - $90k

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
