Job Description

Job Description: The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with enterprise tools, project/collaboration platforms, and agile & hybrid delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business needs and objectives.
• Utilize enterprise tools such as SAP, Oracle (PeopleSoft, Taleo), Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics to analyze and manage business data.
• Leverage project/collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Trello to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Implement and support agile & hybrid delivery methodologies to optimize business processes.
• Ensure familiarity with cloud/infrastructure technologies including AWS, Azure, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Develop and present business cases, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend solutions to improve business processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, with exposure to tools like RSA Archer or CyberArk being a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise tools (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proficiency in project/collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Trello).
• Experience in agile & hybrid delivery environments.
• Familiarity with cloud/infrastructure technologies (AWS, Azure, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Exposure to security/compliance tools (RSA Archer, CyberArk) is a bonus.
