Business Analyst Primera Engineers

Position Summary

Support business consulting through data collection and analysis to provide strategic and meaningful advisory services to clients. Utilize analytical skills to address client challenges and provide innovative solutions to complex business problems. Previous work experience with utility industry and consulting experience is beneficial, but not required.

Who You Are

• Business and data analytics enthusiast. Highly?motivated with one to three years of relevant business experience in a client?facing role. Bachelors degree is required; previous experience in the utility or consulting industries will help you stand out. Project experience is preferred.
• Well?organized, detail?oriented, go?getter. Customer?service focused, resourceful, able to self?direct and complete multiple projects simultaneously. Accept and understand direction from multiple sources and prioritize as needed to deliver results.
• People person. Positive attitude and enjoy developing relationships with staff and clients alike. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to listen and ask clarifying questions.
• Critical thinker. As a consultant, ask questions and propose ideas and solutions. Identify and define problems, diplomatically analyze issues and help create workable solutions.
• Excel expert. Comfortable working across Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Power BI.

What Youll Do

• Transform business needs into solutions. Present issues, solutions, and options to team members and clients in a clear, effective, and appropriate manner.
• Analyze data, design reports, and validate problems and solutions. Gather and summarize data and facts and deduce logical conclusions.
• Collaborate. Work closely with others, communicate with staff and clients at all levels. Support multiple projects concurrently, attend regular meetings, and report progress accordingly.
• Enjoy the work. Work with great people, continue to learn and grow, and have a good time doing it.
