Pay range: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour

Description

The role involves performing operational analyses to support decision-making within the business unit under the guidance of senior analysts. The position requires conducting quantitative and qualitative research, managing special projects, and modifying processes. The incumbent will also develop reports, execute test cases, and ensure software quality through testing and documentation. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving with limited mentorship and guidance.

• Testing: Conduct manual and automated tests to identify defects and issues in software.
• Documentation: Record and report software issues, providing detailed reproduction steps for the development team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and team members to ensure software quality and recommend improvements.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate software performance under various conditions and suggest optimizations.
• Test Script Creation: Develop and maintain test scripts to test software functionality and processes.

• Problem-solving: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of software development processes and various testing methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication of test results and issues to development teams.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze test data and identify defect patterns.
• Attention to Detail: Thorough and accurate testing to ensure software reliability.

• Software: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
