Job Description

Our client has been offering staffing solutions since 1985, they believe in setting the bar when it come to service, reliability, safety and cost containment for their clients. They specialize in Clerical/Office Support, Skilled Industrial/Light Industrial and Manufacturing. Their staffing process is designed to streamline placement of the best available candidates.

The Business Developer Associate will drive business growth through new sales revenues by developing relationships with new and existing clients in the greater Orlando area. Create new business opportunities and prospects via research, lead generation, networking, phone, and in person appointments.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identify potential clients, customers, or business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential business prospects.
  • Work closely with Recruiting teams to facilitate a successful delivery model for our customers
  • Market research and analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify potential areas for business expansion or improvement.
  • Collaborative cross-functional work: Coordinate with internal teams, such as operations, to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
  • Collaborate on projects, initiatives, or campaigns that support business growth objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Proposal and contract development: Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, or quotes to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Networking and industry events: Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to expand professional networks and promote the company's products or services.
  • Build relationships with key industry influencers and decision-makers.
  • Reporting and analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as sales targets, revenue growth, and market share.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Professional development: Stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and business development best practices.
  • Seek opportunities for professional growth through training, workshops, or certifications.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years industry experience
  • A strong work ethic: self-disciplined and self-motivated
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in hunting, lead generation and cold calling (preferred)
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Experience in sales with website related services (preferred)
  • Great work ethic
  • Ability to be on the phone for consecutive hours and out in the field.
  • Able to develop strong relationships with clientele.
  • Accurately evaluate Customer needs for staffing.
  • A desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, written, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Work with the Operations Manager, Recruiters, and Sales to identify top accounts.
  • Computer competency pertaining to Gmail, Excel, and CRM System Software.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and Marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding people skills with the ability to expand and maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and acquire
  • referrals, sales leads and new business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales preferred or Associate's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time, working on a computer and on the telephone in an office environment, as well as, drive in the Central Florida market, calling on prospective and current customers. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
