Our clients are seeking a an experienced Managing Director to lead a Business Valuation team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Business Valuation team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and increase revenue.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed valuation reports for various purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in business valuation practices.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business valuation, with a proven track record of leadership and revenue generation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client management skills and a network of industry contacts.
