We are currently seeking Care Professionals to provide assistance to our clients living in the Lincoln, IL and Springfield, IL area. If you have a genuine caring heart and want to make a difference in the lives of seniors, we are looking for you. Home Instead provides non-medical assistance to Seniors in their homes and is currently has a need for Care Professionals who live in the Lincoln area. If you have provided care for a loved one, worked in a healthcare environment or just want to make a difference in someone's life you may be on your way to a new career. June 1, 2025 Pay: $18.75-$30.00/hour
Pay is $17.25 - $ 21.25/hour
MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with car insurance.

Duties and Responsibilities of a caregiver:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Alzheimer’s Care

*Skills training provided by Home Instead*

Requirements to be a Care Professional:

• Ability to lift, pull, push 25 lbs.
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possessing a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with valid auto insurance
