The CFO/CIO is responsible for formulating and leading our business global strategy and execution. Success in this position will be measured by the creation of long-term shareholder value through our execution roadmap, by owning three areas (Financing, Investments and Revenues)

The primary objectives include:

• Strategic: Own Fundraising cycle for the company and each of its portfolio through closed syndicates from our active investors. Manage funding cycle for the portfolio through venture debt strategic partners, along revenues from late stage startup and corporate customers to early exit.
• Operational: Establish best practices process and governance to ensure compliance to current laws, create and maintain all financials reporting with financial planing, manage investors expectation and delegate standardized tasks to junior staff that your hire and develop to reach a global scalable organization.
• Nurture deep relationship with top Private Equity, Family Offices partners, and Corporate Ventures
• Ready to hit the ground running to deliver world-class services and results to our notable client roster (some are affiliate with top brands, including Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Google, IBM, Apple, Airbus, BMW, Walmart, Amazon, etc).
• Flexibility to work in hybrid mode, or from office to meet with investors and customers as needed

• An outstanding performer with years of experience at a top tier investment group, within a private equity or management consulting firm, with deep expertise in private credit and securitized debt.
• Demonstrated experience leading the funding and monetization process for opportunities in technology spaces that align with corporate emerging tech and startups from seed to unicorn.
• The ideal candidate will have managed transactions that range in size and complexity from double to triple digits $million; with ability to drive from start to finish (or know when to walk away)
• Expert-level knowledge of financial and deal modeling as well as quantitative analysis and highly motivated entrepreneur with strong ability to think strategically and direct others in solving complex business problems under pressure with excellent communication skills, including strong writing and the ability to create top-notch presentations and materials that provide business insight that is relevant and digestible to executive decision-makers.
• Proven ability to lead, recruit, retain and mentor high performing teams in matrix environment
• Aggressive yet regarded as ethical and fair in the industry. Confident but not arrogant
• MBA from top Business school with CPA/CFA designation are preferred, along large silicon valley and New York network at a leadership level

Compensation Package: at or above top tier investment firm/GP level for VC, and include generous health benefits with (Base, Bonus, Profit Sharing, and Equity).

Location: For Local only, who reside in or around Manhattan in NYC. Must be available in NYC to interview.
