About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer for its Global Human Resources and Citizenship Committee (GHRCC). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Chief Human Resources and Citizenship Officer in the effective oversight of the GHRCC, driving accountability, and ensuring the execution of clear goals, objectives, governance, and metrics. This role involves serving as a key advisor in the development and tracking of annual Objectives and Key Results, as well as actively contributing to the GHRCC's mission and ways of working. The Chief Administrative Officer will also manage the GHRCC calendar, partner with key stakeholders to track the execution of initiatives and assist in the planning and preparation of various forums and meetings. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or a related field, and demonstrate strong skills in problem assessment, resolution, and collaborative problem-solving. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of collaborative leadership, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong background in project management, governance, strategic planning, and operating KPIs. The Chief Administrative Officer will be a member of the GHR/CC Leadership Team, represent the GHRCC in the Chief Administrative Officers' forum, and contribute to strategic planning by utilizing metrics and reporting to inform decision-making. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders are essential.
