Oversee the development and implementation of key aspects of our Strategic Plan, including longitudinal assessment of institutional equity and inclusion practices and goals aligned with our community pillar. Plan, implement, and/or facilitate community events, professional development opportunities, and other relevant programming throughout the year Oversee the work of PAC affinity and ally groups and other PAC committees, working groups, task forces, and leadership teams dedicated to topics of equity and inclusion. Provide information and access to external professional development opportunities. Consult and collaborate with the Middle School and Upper School Directors of Teaching and Learning, Department Chairs, and other instructional leaders on the ongoing work of integrating culturally responsive practices and equity literacy into curriculum and instructional practices.
