About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive leadership team. The COO will be responsible for a wide range of operational areas, including overseeing the company's infrastructure, managing day-to-day operations, and serving as a strategic partner to the President & CEO. This role involves coordinating internal teams to support the organization's mission, supervising IT and technology initiatives, and acting as a staff liaison for governance and board activities. The successful candidate will also have overall responsibility for HR and recruiting, ensuring the company's culture and philosophy are defined and upheld, and managing non-dues revenue activities. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' senior management experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in technology, including data management systems, and excellent communication skills are essential.
