About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to join their Executive Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all human resources functions, with a focus on talent acquisition, training and development, compliance, employee relations, and total rewards. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in the organization's commitment to scaling thoughtfully and building innovative strategies that foster a thriving environment for both people and performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CPO or CHRO, deep knowledge of healthcare or related sectors, and experience in multistate operations and regulatory compliance. They should also have a strong background in growing and leading high-performing HR teams, particularly during periods of rapid growth and acquisition, and be adept at M&A processes, including cultural alignment. Candidates for the Chief People Officer position at the company should be systems thinkers, capable of bringing both strategic insight and hands-on capability to the role. The role requires a leader who is passionate about growth, change, and innovation, and who understands how to build scalable HR systems with a people-centric approach. Experience in M&A, from due diligence to post-merger integration, is essential.
