About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join its executive team and play a pivotal role in the development and execution of a comprehensive technology strategy. The CTO will be responsible for ensuring that the technology initiatives are in line with the organization's growth goals and business objectives. This is a new and exciting opportunity for a mission-driven, forward-thinking technology leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a technology officer or similar leadership role. The successful candidate will be adept at leading innovative enterprise-wide technology strategy and implementation, and will be instrumental in enhancing the scale and effectiveness of the community development ecosystem. As the CTO, the primary responsibilities will include overseeing the design and implementation of technology solutions that support the organization's lending, technology, and service offerings. The role demands a strategic thinker who can align technology with the company's mission and values, and who is capable of driving technological innovation to meet the needs of the communities served. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar capacity, with a deep understanding of the technology landscape and a passion for using technology to create a positive social impact. The position is remote, with the expectation of occasional travel for team collaboration, partner engagement, or industry events.
