Job Description

2 yrs experience 0.52 cpm starting pay
1-2 yrs experience .45 cpm and when you reach 2 yrs you'll be increased to .52 cpm (Must have at least 1 year Class A CDL experience)
Pets/passengers ok
Solo OTR/Over The Road, minimum of 2 weeks out (we strictly hire solo/OTR company drivers only)
2021 Freightliner Cascadia w/ APU and fridge
Trucks are automatic
College paid for driver & 2 dependents
24/7 support Automatic dispatch (no waiting for loads, know where you're going next before you get to receiver)
Paid orientation ($300 for 3 days ) plus an additional $300 after you deliver your first load
90% of drivers rolling in 3 days
All tolls paid
Company fuel card
Paid every Friday (direct deposit)
All miles paid (loaded/ unloaded) 2500-3500 mls average per week
Transportation and accommodation to orientation provided (travel/hotels/food)
Hiring in all areas to run the 48
2 yrs safe driving required
Hair follicle drug test (goes back 90 days)
95% home time on time
No direct supervisor but immediate support when needed
App to communicate with other drivers/administration with optional Zoom meetings
1 week paid vacation
W2 position with Full benefits through Blue Cross Blue Shield
We do orientations at Ellenwood Georgia and Irving TX and provide transportation, if you start on Monday you'll be hired Wednesday or start Wednesday and hired Friday
