• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Follow specific cleaning plans tailored to each locations needs and preferences.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleaning protocols and safety.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance cleaning techniques and skills.

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• MUST have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and products.
• Able to work multiple days and variable shifts including nights and weekends.
