**Exciting Opportunity to Work on High-Profile Political Campaigns in NYC**

We are seeking a high-energy and highly motivated professional with a proven track record in non-profits and politics. Our goal is to deliver exceptional work that surpasses client expectations, which requires a talented, focused, and experienced team. This role is critical to our team, as you will assist senior management in implementing client goals. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day account operations and acting as a liaison with clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain a schedule for assigned clients.
- Manage call time sessions with fundraising clients, including planning and preparation with the executive client manager, and subsequent tracking and follow-up.
- Coordinate and manage fundraising events, including all associated planning, contribution collection, organization, and follow-up.
- Draft correspondence on behalf of clients.
- Support executive staff in daily client maintenance.
- Assist with tracking lobbying activities and submitting reports.

**Requirements:**

- Must be energetic, creative, motivated, and a self-starter who can function productively and effectively with a degree of autonomy.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage clients and build relationships quickly and effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Personal integrity and commitment to customer service.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends.
- Minimum of one year of experience in organizing, advocacy, or campaign/non-profit fundraising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google for Business. Experience with NGPVAN and Votebuilder is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.

This is a primarily remote position but requires living in the New York/New Jersey area to attend ad hoc client meetings and staffing events as needed.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 35,000.00 50,000.00 Per Year
