Job Description

We are seeking a technical expert in public cloud infrastructure (compute and storage) to act as a strategic bridge between customers, sales teams, and product development. In this role, you will help shape product direction through customer and market insights, deliver scalable and context-aware solutions, and drive technical engagements across the full sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

**Solution Architecture & Technical Support**

- Design scalable, cost-effective infrastructure solutions tailored to customer requirements.

- Provide technical support during POCs, product selection, pricing, and solution validation phases.

- Work cross-functionally to optimize solutions for performance, cost, and reliability.

- Support post-sales technical inquiries and foster long-term success with key accounts.

**Technical Engagement & Opportunity Shaping**

- Collaborate with sales teams to assess large-scale cloud opportunities.

- Lead deep-dive technical discussions with clients, aligning their business objectives with cloud infrastructure solutions.

- Influence key technical decision-makers with industry insights and architectural expertise.

**Product Feedback & Innovation**

- Translate customer needs and industry-specific use cases into actionable feedback for product design.

- Help shape product features, integrations, and future roadmap items based on field experience.

**Market & Competitive Intelligence**

- Analyze industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings to identify strategic product and business opportunities.

- Support product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning.

**Enablement & Best Practices**

- Document reusable solution components, IaC templates, and implementation best practices.

- Design targeted test cases to showcase product strengths and validate performance.

- Support sales enablement initiatives and collaborate on joint solutions with ecosystem partners.

Basic Qualifications:

- Proven hands-on experience with one or more public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking).

- Strong understanding of enterprise cloud migration, hybrid architectures, and modernization strategies.

- Solid knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM, compliance standards, and risk mitigation best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to design, validate, and deliver scalable and cost-effective cloud solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

- Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.

- Experience in high-performance computing (HPC), AI/ML infrastructure, or big data architectures.

- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect).

The basic pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $138,000/year and $226,000/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
