  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, conducting regular follow-ups, and upselling additional services or products
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our roofing solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong relationships
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with management and marketing teams to develop territory-specific strategies that maximize market penetration
  • Perform territory management by planning visits, scheduling appointments, and ensuring consistent coverage of assigned regions
  • Lead business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and developing tailored proposals for prospective clients
  • Provide ongoing account management support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on managing complex accounts and developing new business opportunities
  • Strong background in management, territory management, and sales strategy implementation
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, direct sales approaches, and marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly
  • Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning new technical aspects is essential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed
