Job Title: Construction and Warranty Specialist – Wine Cellars, Saunas, and Humidors
Company: Cave a' Vin, LLC
Location: Must live in Hillsborough, Pinellas, or northern Manatee County, Florida, or be willing to relocate.

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000

Job Description

We are looking for a craftsman to join our team. This role involves building, and trouble-shooting luxury wine cellars, saunas, and humidors for high-end residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in finished construction trades, particularly in trim carpentry or related industries. The role requires on-site visits within a three-hour travel radius of Tampa.

Key Responsibilities – Own Your Success!

• Hands on Work – You will be able to use your skills, and learn new ones to create finely finished wine cellars, saunas and humidors in the highest end homes and commercial properties in Florida.
• Variety in Work – You will be in involved in all aspects of construction including, fine trim carpentry, insulation, low voltage electrical, sheetrock, painting, humidification systems, refrigeration systems, glass installation and more.
• Stay Organized & Efficient – Keep track of client interactions, and project details with precision, with our construction and sales management software.
• Collaborate for Success – Work closely with installation & design teams to guarantee top-tier client satisfaction.

Qualifications – Are You the Perfect Fit?

• Construction Background Required – 2+ years in the residential or commercial construction industry
• Construction Knowledge – Understanding of basic construction stages and concepts.
• Clean Driving Record – You will be driving to homes and businesses all over Florida’s west coast.
• Can Pass a Background Check – We will be submitting your information to a third party for a background check.
• Ready to Travel & Win – Own a reliable pick up truck, and be comfortable traveling within a 3-hour radius of Tampa, and have enough room in your vehicle for tools and materials.
• Fitness Level – Must be able to carry up to 40 lbs and walk at least 200 feet with the weight.
