SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented Content Designer to create visually engaging presentations and digital learning resources that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. This role requires an expert-level understanding of PowerPoint and other design tools to craft high-impact visual content for internal training, executive presentations, and stakeholder meetings.The ideal candidate will bring a creative approach to content design, working closely with subject matter experts to develop instructional and informational materials incorporating multimedia, interactive elements, and data visualization. Additionally, they will support the creation of compelling presentations for leadership, Board meetings, and policyholder communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations aligned with corporate branding and best practices for visual communication.
  • Develop engaging slides that incorporate graphics, charts, animations, and other visual elements to enhance comprehension and retention.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across presentations and content platforms.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand visuals.
  • Select and apply appropriate instructional templates, design applications, and tools based on audience needs.
  • Develop multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, and videos, to enrich presentations and online learning experiences.
  • Create online training content, including slides, visuals, screen captures, and interactive elements.
  • Proofread all presentations for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and clarity.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and enhance user experience.
  • Train other teams on best practices for presentation design and effective communication strategies.
  • Stay current on new design tools, PowerPoint features, and industry trends to continuously improve content development.
  • Manage and maintain digital content in a learning management system (LMS) and content management system, ensuring accessibility and proper organization.
  • Track and analyze user engagement data to optimize learning materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, instructional design, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, marketing, corporate training, or presentation design.
  • Expert proficiency in PowerPoint , including SmartArt, templates, animations, and recording features.
  • Strong graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools .
  • Experience creating eLearning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360, or Adobe Captivate is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear, visually appealing manner.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in corporate, instructional, or executive-level presentation design preferred.

COMPENSATION : $80,000-$85,000
