Stones River Electric is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team, in office. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing company while providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing service requests, and ensuring timely and accurate billing information.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to address customer inquiries and provide accurate service and billing information
• Process and manage customer service requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Regularly update customer portals with relevant information and data
• Collaborate with Service Coordinators to communicate service dates and ensure customers are informed
• Upload and maintain documentation within customer portals and our accounting/work order system
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency of customer information

Qualifications:

• Strong Attention to Detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of handling customer inquiries and service requests
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address customer needs effectively and professionally
