This role is pivotal in ensuring client retention, driving adoption, and expanding usage of our platform among enterprise media companies and marketing agencies. Responsibilities: Own customer relationships post-sale, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction. Develop and execute success plans that drive renewal and expansion revenue. Provide hands-on support and strategic guidance to clients leveraging our data engine. Collaborate with sales, product, and solutions teams to advocate for customer needs. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, supporting the sales team in expansions. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting in a data or MarTech environment. Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships and influence decision-makers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer usage data and trends.
