Job Description

Data Product Analyst

Lextegrity, a Case IQ Company, is a global leader in the digital transformation of compliance risk management. Our integrated platform combines continuous spend monitoring of data from systems like SAP, Oracle, and Concur with workflow automation tools to help global organizations prevent and detect fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, and other economic crimes.

We are hiring a Data Product Analyst to serve as a systems and product specialist within our Product team, with a focus on Lextegrity's data products. This role will contribute to the evolution of our data products by supporting features related to data integrations, customer data migrations, and analytics enablement. Responsibilities include documenting business and technical requirements, supporting release planning, supporting customer implementation efforts and driving customer enablement for production-ready data features. We need someone who is comfortable with technology and who is excited about learning how to solve problems using our platform and delivering product features that drive value for our customers

What You'll Do

  • Become an expert user of Lextegrity's SaaS data products
  • Support data validation, mapping, and migration efforts by analyzing customer-specific data from multiple source systems, aligning it to internal data models, and identifying gaps, edge cases, and inconsistencies to ensure successful onboarding and integration.
  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Review customer support tickets and user feedback to ensure customer and quality requirements are satisfied in feature development and delivery
  • Assist with creation of customer facing resources including release notes and user guide/Help Center articles
  • Participate in the design, development, test, and launch of new features and support release planning for production ready customer features
  • Consult with the customer success and product teams to prioritize and shape the product backlog for prioritization
  • Effectively communicate product release contents and expected product capabilities/behavior to stakeholders including external and internal customers

What We're Looking For

  • An ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience working in data-focused roles within computer science, information systems, or a related field at a SaaS software company
  • Strong SQL proficiency: Demonstrated experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for large, complex datasets.
  • Strong Excel proficiency: Comfortable using advanced Excel functions for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
  • Basic Python familiarity: Ability to read and understand Python scripts used for data transformation or validation; hands-on scripting experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn our technology and learn about the legal and compliance market
  • Willing to wear multiple hats and help in ways beyond the typical job profile
  • Desire to work in a startup environment, with a proactive mindset and minimal supervision
  • Experience with Jira Issue & Project Tracking Software
  • Experience with distributed teams that emphasize online communication (Slack, Microsoft Office, Jira/Confluence)

Perks and Benefits

  • Work remotely within a flexible work environment (our team spans the US and Canada)
  • Competitive company-paid benefits plan starting day 1!
  • Generous professional development budget
  • RRSP/401k matching program and company stock options
  • Half-day Fridays in the summer

Selected candidates will be contacted through our BambooHR system (please check your junk mail). Case IQ is an equal opportunity employer.
