You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues.

Demonstrates proven intimate abilities and success as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
The Opportunity
As part of the Acquisition Advisory team you are expected to provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large company and private equity fund clients. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are expected to interview executive management at target companies and assess a target company's quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows.
