The Receptionist is responsible for the day to day operations and the overall administrative success of our headquarters in Lakewood, CO. The Receptionist will work side by side with both the clinical staff and and the office staff. The Receptionist will maintain a good reputation in the Brush area with all contacts (this includes, but not limited to, clinical staff, clients, potential clients, colleagues, local agencies, networking relationships, etc.). The Receptionist will be responsible for conducting local marketing of services and building relationships for recruiting more clinical staff and more clients on an as needed basis. The Receptionist will also take on an administrative role to support the clinical staff so they can better serve the clients.
This position will be hybrid in the sense that you will be a receptionist and will be sometimes filling in as a Registered Behavior Technician working with our clients in center!
This is a full time IN PERSON position. Days/times Needed: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
