We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Castle Dental team supporting our Chattanooga office. This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon, Wed, Thur & Fri 8am - 5pm. Tues 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Dental Radiology Certification (X-Ray)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

$17-$22/hr
