Job Description

*Description* Our Client is looking for a desktop technician to join their IT team at their Kokomo, Indiana technical center. This will be start as a long term contract for at least 12 months. Strong likelihood the contract continues on after 12 months and is extended continuously. They are looking to add another person to their current team in Kokomo, IN and they will be responsible for that location. Currently our client is going thru site consolidations and will be moving about 250-300 users from Noblesville, IN to Kokomo, IN and will bring overall user count to 1100+. This will be providing overarching L2 & L3 type support as they have a level 1 team that handles basic helpdesk issues. These technicians provide hands on support to a variety of users and are expected to have great customer service skills with the users. Additionally - they will be providing remote support where it makes sense and also helping out with different projects across the sites as they occur. *Skills* Imaging, Windows 10, Active directory, SCCM, Troubleshooting, Support, Customer service, Windows, Install, Hardware, Installation *Additional Skills & Qualifications*

• Service Now, SCCM, Desktop Support, Hardware, Software, Active Directory, Windows 10/7, Mostly Lenovo, Dell, and standard hardware is issued for corporate users. Looking to further incorporate TeamViewer in their toolbox.
• About 1000+ users across their Indiana facilities .
• Communication and soft skills are key. They are big on culture and building a team that works well together and supports the needs of their end users so want to be sure people are being taken care of respectfully and that you work well with other team members.

*Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
