Night shifts available with shift differential!Making a House a Home Overnight

What about when you are spending time with friends and family, and you can tell they are happy you are all together? All of these feelings and more make home life feel magical. As an overnight-shift Direct Support Professional with MV Advancements, you get to be the instrument that creates those moments with the people you support, while everyone else is asleep.
The night shift is the setup squad. You are responsible for resetting and preparing everything so that the next day runs smoothly. You will be cleaning, prepping meals, and tending to residents if/when they are awake
Shift Details: Full Time (Sunday - Tuesday) and Part Time (Friday and Saturday nights).

SalaryThis position starts at $19.00, with a 15% shift differential. All hours worked between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday earn a shift differential of 15% of your hourly rate! At $19.00, your shift differential would be $2.85 per hour, for a total hourly rate of $21.85! We also offer a $500 sign-on bonus--$250 at the time of hire and $250 after your first six months.
