We need someone to help us promote these services. As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll oversee all sales functions and develop strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients. Responsibilities include: Direct the solicitation efforts of the sales team. Interview, hire, and train sales associates. Prepare reports related to sales department operations. Research the hospitality industry to develop new marketing strategies. Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients. Where You’ve Been: We're looking for candidates with at least a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field, and 3-5 years of sales experience, including hotel sales.
