Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Bayou City Hemp. If you have experience with the Shopify platform and/or in the food and beverage industry and CPG space this could be the right role for you. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing our ecommerce strategy to drive online sales of each of our brands. This position will be involved with the look and feel of our websites and is responsible for generating sales via online channels. This role requires knowledge of attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools. This role will also work closely with our Social Media Manager to ensure we are aligned and focused on the right metrics to achieve consistent sales growth.

Job Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Manage and oversee all e-commerce focused digital marketing strategies
Oversee all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and A/B testing and reporting
Proven ability to build and grow an online presence through consistent data analysis
Implement an ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance, collaborate with developers to improve website speed
Ensuring websites are optimized for mobile devices and ensure they are updated for SEO
Research market performance in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
Analyze various data to deliver strategies that will build top performance and achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs
Directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
Develop a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
Ability to effectively communicate website performance and analytics to various leadership team
Ability to implement digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
Experience developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
Proven experience with UX, Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Analytics.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing or a related field.
Proven minimum 7 years' experience in an e-commerce or data analytics role
Proven knowledge of attribution modelling, website speed optimization, sales journey optimization and more
Experience with UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
High level of experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics
Strong MarTech background with experience managing a marketing and/or tech team is a plus
Ability to work in a team setting and handle constructive criticism and feedback
