Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic and electrical systems across production lines, packaging equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, HMIs, sensors, relays, drives, and control panels.
- Install, test, and calibrate new electronic components or systems as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to diagnose issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and documentation of repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Assist in developing and improving preventive maintenance programs and electrical safety protocols.
- Support facility upgrades, automation projects, and equipment commissioning efforts.
The essential functions of this role include:
