Support members: Assist with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and guide members through loan and credit card applications.
Solve problems: Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies with care and accuracy.
Be a financial guide: Educate members on our full suite of products and services to help them make informed decisions.
Drive growth: Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
Ensure accuracy: Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and responsibly.
Collaborate & lead: Support and train junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture.
Stay compliant: Understand and follow federal regulations related to financial services.
Branch operations: May assist with vault procedures and ATM custodianship.
Team-oriented culture: Work alongside supportive colleagues who are invested in your success.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
