Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual for the position of Entry Level Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in the administrative field, while providing essential support to our team. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will enhance your skills in organization, time management, and communication. 

• Provide administrative support to senior staff and other team members
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments
• Organize and maintain files and documents for easy access
• Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails, responding or directing as appropriate
• Perform data entry and maintain databases for tracking information

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
