We are in search of a part-time entry level Social Media Specialist to support our local area marketing efforts. The candidate should have familiarity with Facebook Lead Gen, LinkedIn Ad Funnel and Instagram.

The Social Media Specialist position provides an exciting opportunity to build foundational social media skills. This role is responsible for managing social ads while ensuring the flawless execution of social media conversion funnels.

We anticipate this is a 10 to 20 hour per week position, so it is ideal for someone who wants part time work and needs flexibility. We are not looking for marketing firms or professionals to fill this position. It is a great opportunity for a creative person, who loves taking and editing eye-catching pictures, can write interesting narratives, and "gets" the various social medias algorithms and as well as how to sustain prospect engagement!

The best candidate will be open to our process which begins by developing a deep understanding of what makes your customers "tick". On this basis we are looking to develop a digital marketing strategy that speaks directly to their deepest beliefs, and gently nudges them into alignment with what we have to offer.

In our approach, there is no "selling" required - the product appears to the customer as a perfect fit, and virtually sells itself.

We understand that it will take several iterations, so having a comfort level with data driven decisions is essential. Recalibrating components of the campaign will be constant.

If successful, this position could lead to a full-time position.
