The Epic Application Analyst - Willowis responsible for the design, build, implementation, testing, and maintenance of the Epic Willow Pharmacy application. This position serves as a liaison between pharmacy operations, clinical teams, and the IT department to ensure that the electronic health record (EHR) supports safe, efficient, and effective medication management workflows. The analyst works closely with end users to identify needs, translate operational requirements into system configurations, and provide ongoing support and optimization of pharmacy-related Epic modules. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmacy processes, medication management systems, and regulatory standards impacting medication use within a healthcare organization. *$10,000 hiring incentive available for Epic certified team members* Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Clinical discipline required. Associate's degree and equivalent applications, EHR,or clinical experience may serve in lieu of required Bachelor's degree. Two years of applications, EHR, or clinical experience required.
